NICOLAS
OWNER
From a young age, Nicolas was captivated by design. While other kids played with action figures, he was sketching mansions with rooftop helicopter pads and pools. His passion for homes began early, strolling through paint and carpet aisles with his dad in home improvement stores. Self-taught and driven by an obsession with making things beautiful, he flipped his first home at 27 and never looked back. Nicolas believes in the magic of transformation, turning a vision into a space that feels uniquely personal. For him, design is always about people: learning what they want, taking care of them, and making every house feel like a true home.
MIKE
OWNER
A second-generation craftsman, Mike grew up immersed in the trades. His father was a first-generation painter, and Mike followed in his footsteps before finding his true calling in carpentry. He became a union carpenter in St. Louis and earned his journeyman status. But it was his side projects that ignited his entrepreneurial spirit, each one leading to the next through word of mouth. Since the beginning, RNB’s business has been built entirely on referrals, a testament to Mike’s dedication and mastery. As a Master Carpenter, his craftsmanship anchors the firm’s reputation for excellence and precision.
